Commitment: I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Providence Club of Ute-Ogbeje that may be in force from time to time and pay all the dues as applicable from time to time. I also agree that membership may be terminated following the club’s laid down procedure if the Club’s rules and regulations are violated.
